Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Central Edinburgh Start Date: Monday 17th February 2025 Duration: Temporary, ongoing Pay rate: £13.48 per hour We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our public sector client as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service to clients via telephone
* Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
* Escalating complex issues to relevant teams as required
* Updating and maintaining customer records in the system
* Contributing to team targets and KPIs
Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanour
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
