Bambini Early Learning located in Doncaster, is now seeking an Experienced Curriculum Co-Ordinator/Educational Leader, who has a one team approach to work as part of our team at our boutique purpose-built Centre.
This opportunity is a dual role and the ideal candidate will be available full-time (with the option of a 9-day fortnight). Your dual role will consist of mentoring our educators, supporting curriculum and documentation as well as role modelling best practice whilst working directly with children. You will be responsible for inspiring and guiding our team to a child enriched curriculum at our growing Centre.

Bambini's curriculum is a bespoke tailor-made program, launching in February, company wide- this is a very exciting opportunity for any new team member with a passion for education to help set this up within the service.
About You:
You will:
* Possess demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader/ Curriculum Co-Ordinator in a similar Early Learning environment.
* Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.
* Show a passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation.
Your credentials:
* A Diploma/Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
* Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
