The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive organizational support to the company’s directors, ensuring efficient operations across all business functions. The PA will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and handling a wide range of logistical and organizational activities to ensure the smooth running of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
2. Act as the first point of contact for the directors, handling incoming correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries.
3. Manage and organise directors’ diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments.
4. Coordinate and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation for business trips.
5. Organise company events, conferences, and other corporate gatherings.
6. Provide reminders for important tasks, deadlines, and appointments.
7. Prepare, compile, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
8. Document and Data Management:
9. Maintain and manage databases, filing systems, and other administrative systems.
10. Data input support i.e (Xero, Poultry Crop Costings, Lab Results, New Customer Information).
11. Ensure that all company procedures and administrative systems are implemented and followed.
12. Collate and file expenses for the directors in a timely and accurate manner.
13. Communication and Liaison:
14. Liaise with staff, suppliers, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
15. Conduct research and gather relevant information as needed for the directors.
16. Personal Assistance:
17. Manage and organize the directors’ personal commitments, including scheduling travel and personal appointments.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. High level of proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
5. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
6. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience working in an agricultural or consultancy-based environment is a plus.
2. Knowledge of property management and coordination is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
