The IFA Administrator will typically possess at least two years’ financial services experience, preferably within a financial advisory environment.
They should be able to work in a small team with the key tasks of providing efficient support to the financial planners liaising with the customer and maintaining accurate customer records.
The IFA Administrator will process new business transacting deals in line with the Financial Planner’s recommendations.
The FPA will be highly organised and able to confidently manage relations with the Financial Planner, the Paraplanner and the client. Ensuring all business is conducted in an accurate, timely manner.
