We have a new roles available for an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable building contractor in the North West. The successful candidate will oversee residential and commercial projects for both private and public clients across Sligo, Leitrim, and Roscommon. This role requires a highly organised professional who can manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Oversee all stages of construction projects, from “greenfield” to completion, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and labourers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Quality Control: Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
*
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requirements.

Scheduling: manage project schedules, coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely completion.

Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish, particularly in the residential and commercial sectors.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
