Enable Therapy Services (ETS) are looking for a motivated and compassionate Case Manager Assistant (CMA) to join our fabulous Leeds-based Head Office team. Our exceptional and friendly dedicated CMA team communicate with a wide range of professionals, services, and our clients to provide efficient administrative and operational support to a team of highly skilled Case Managers. You will contribute to the coordination and delivery of proactive rehabilitation services to progress our client’s recovery.
ETS are an award-winning Rehabilitation and Vocational Case Management company, providing early intervention rehabilitation support to those affected by injury or illness. We employ a team of HCPC registered Occupational Therapists as Case Managers who provide the knowledge and experience required to help our clients maximise their potential following accidents and injury.
This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week, typically between the hours of 8am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday at our Head Office based just outside Leeds City Centre, with free parking.

* Excellent organisational skills when working on client files, booking appointments, and coordinating services. Ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly, staying on top of workload.
* Good communication skills, ensuring you can work confidently and collaboratively with our Case Managers, clients, their relatives, third parties, and the ETS team.
* Experience working within healthcare, statutory services, or experience supporting injury or illness is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to understand and follow instructions.
* Adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate sensitive and challenging situations with composure, adapting quickly to change.
Requirements:
* 3 GCSEs or equivalent at C level and above.
* Previous experience of working in a busy administrative role or other roles where strong organisational skills were required.
* Customer service skills.
