Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £39,750 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles in the region. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme.
Job Description
As Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of customer service, managing stock levels, and supervising a team of sales assistants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a management position, preferably within a retail environment. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details
This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
