Main jobdetails:-
1. Contracted full-timehours hours over 5 days Mon Fri (no out of hours callouts)
2. Van, fueland tools provided
3. Mobilephone provided with CAFM job allocation software for low to high priority reactive/plannedtickets.
4. Area covered:-Worcester & Herefordshire Healthcare NHS Trust from Evesham, Pershore,Malvern, Worcester, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Tenbury &Redditch.
5. Workingarrangements:- working across multiple sites based from Newtown Hospital,Worcester workshop and travelling from home to site where job allocationsrequired on a daily basis.
6. Benefitsinclude, above average Pension and Holiday entitlement, Sick Pay and well-beingsupport.
Main duties of the job
JobDescription Works includes reactive and planned general building jobs receivedas low to high priority tickets from CAFM mobile solution including such worksas roof repairs, slabbing, tarmac pot holes, plastering, tiling, grouting,bricklaying, fence repairs, fence post concrete breaking, hole digging, cementmixing, guttering, new fencing, temporary works security fencing - collection,delivery, putting up and down; some carpentry- skirting, worktops, shelves, locksmith digi-locks, PPM guttercleaning, road & path inspections, draining works, fire escape clearance checks (StuddardKennedy/ Tenbury); 12 x monthly ladders & steps estate wide log update check(Jan)/ (Aug Supplier Legislation Management); zip-up PASMA scaffold erection(training supplied). Anything requested subject to mutual consent.

7. Recognised and registered CITB minimum three-year apprenticeship in Carpentry/Joinery AND/OR City & Guilds Certificate in Carpentry/Joinery or NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery Benchwork or City & Guilds or NVQ in Bricklaying or recognised apprenticeship.
8. Safety in the Use of Woodworking Machines (1998)
9. Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) Registration
10. Manual Handling training

11. Health & Safety Prefabricated Towers Training Certificate
12. General Ladder Safety Certificate
13. Prevention & Management of Aggression (PMA) (Optional)

17. Two years relevant experience having demonstrated high technical versatility and flexibility

20. Experience in working safely on workshop equipment
