Sales Order Processing Administrator

Temp to perm role
25 hours per week (Flexible to suit successful candidate’s needs) Monday to Friday role
As Sales order processing administrator, you’ll be part of our Customer Service team supporting and managing the full order process, from Purchase of the goods through to delivery. Liaising with a variety of suppliers to ensure the process is smooth and delivery dates are met, communicating back to the team with updates and ensuring that clients’ expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales order processing administrator
* Responsible for customer communications through order acknowledgements and invoicing on behalf of the team.
* Responsible for supplier communications and all relevant order ack and artwork, despatch notification to be completed and update for the process on behalf of the team to ensure that no delivery dates are failed.
* Responsible for supporting the team to maintain and develop internal order efficiency – keeping account managers updated with the statuses of orders, picking up and questioning outstanding orders with no PO – chasing and signing off supplier invoices.
* Responsible for contributing ideas for efficient customer communications, and constantly reviewing current methods to ensure our service level is to the highest standard.
* Responsible for taking and processing payments for your team.

* Strong organisational skills to be able to manage time.
* Experience in IT / Microsoft.
* Ability to deal with routine tasks and the persistence to see a job through to a conclusion.
