An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Member Services Advisor to join a leading professional membership organisation. The placeholder will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support member engagement, retention, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle member queries and complaints professionally.
* Maintain accurate member records in the Salesforce CRM.
* Process renewals, payments, refunds, and applications.
* Conduct engagement calls to improve retention and address concerns.
* Ensure high levels of customer service and advocacy.
* Collaborate with other departments for efficient query resolution.
* Support financial growth by promoting membership options.
Requirements:
* Experience in outbound calling, member engagement, and retention.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
* Ability to work independently and in a team with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of GDPR and data management.
Location: Euston, Hybrid working (2 days in the office)
Rate: £17-19 per hour
Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: 3-month temporary with scope to extend/move permanent
