Recruiter: Douglas Smith
We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Senior Analyst within the Investment Solutions department.
Who are we?
We want to be the best place that any of our 6,600 colleagues have ever worked. We’re the UK’s largest long-term savings and retirement business. We offer a range of products across our market-leading brands, Standard Life, SunLife, Phoenix Life and ReAssure. Around 1 in 5 people in the UK has a pension with us. We’re a FTSE 100 organisation that is tackling key issues such as transitioning our portfolio to net zero by 2050, and we’re not done yet.
The role:
The department supports our unit linked Investment Proposition where your role will support a program of work which will determine the future state for customer facing reporting including fund fact sheets across the Phoenix Group. This will include understanding and documenting the current state, defining business requirements as well as implementing a harmonised model for The Phoenix Group, where you will be developing new collateral or evolving our existing collateral to ensure we set and maintain good customer expectations.
You will be responsible for the collaborative process of design and refinement of ideas with stakeholders by proactively gathering insight to feed into the design process around how our customers, clients and stakeholders think and feel about our investment related content.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience implementing customer facing investment reporting as part of one or multiple change projects within a Life and Pension or Investment company.
* The ability to effectively communicate information, ideas and plans to senior stakeholders, challenge and question the status quo in an effective manner and escalate any conflicts effectively.
* Strong project management and delivery skills, with an eye for operational efficiency to meet the varied demands from both internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience of working in a highly regulated environment where you have been responsible for identifying, managing and monitoring potential risks.
We want to hire the whole version of you.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If your experience looks different from what we’ve advertised and you believe that you can bring value to the role, we’d love to hear from you.
If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, please let us know so we can help you to be at your best.
Please note that we reserve the right to remove adverts earlier than the advertised closing date. We encourage you to apply at the earliest opportunity.
