We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join my clients growing team within the FinTech industry. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our Salesforce environment, working closely with business leaders and IT teams to drive efficiency and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, including the integration of AWS cloud solutions and Lightning Web Components, while ensuring compliance and data security within a financial technology setting. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration : Lead the day-to-day management and configuration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud) to ensure it meets business requirements and technical best practices. Lightning Web Components (LWC) : Develop and maintain custom Lightning Web Components to enhance the user experience and integrate new functionalities across the Salesforce platform. AWS Integration : Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Salesforce with AWS cloud solutions, such as AWS Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB, enabling a seamless data flow between platforms. System Optimization & Automation : Enhance system performance by creating automation through Salesforce Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Apex. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure business continuity. Data Security & Compliance : Ensure the Salesforce platform adheres to industry security standards and regulatory compliance requirements specific to the FinTech industry. User Support & Training : Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure the effective use of the Salesforce platform across departments. Reporting & Analytics : Design and implement advanced reporting and dashboards, providing key insights and analytics to support decision-making. Release Management : Oversee deployment of new Salesforce features and ensure a smooth release cycle for all Salesforce updates. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, development, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Platform App Builder, or other related certifications are highly preferred. Experience : 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex, enterprise-level environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. Lightning Web Components (LWC) : Hands-on experience in developing and deploying Lightning Web Components and understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks. AWS Knowledge : Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with AWS cloud services, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB. Salesforce Technical Skills : Proficiency with Salesforce administration tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Apex, and SOQL. Data Management : In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, including relationships, data models, and data imports/exports. FinTech Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the specific needs, security standards, and regulatory compliance issues within the financial technology industry. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail in addressing technical challenges. Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management : Experience in leading Salesforce projects, managing timelines, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure successful delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Developer Skills : Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce) and Lightning components. DevOps & CI/CD : Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for Salesforce. Financial Services Knowledge : Experience with financial services, banking, or payments platforms is a strong advantage.
