I’m delighted to be working alongside a Newcastle based organisation as they recruit for a Senior Account Manager to join one of their busy teams on a permanent basis. This role is key in ensuring customer accounts are ran effectively andmunication with customers is constantly improving.
Your new role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:
1. Management of various key accounts
2. Ensuring customer records are accurately kept up to date
3. Generating leads and new business
4. Improving customermunications and managing relationships
5. Hitting various KPIs
6. Preparing for and attending various meetings
