Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and driven Sales Co-Ordinator to join our client, a leading company in the prestigious construction industry. With a focus on high-end construction projects, our client has recently opened a brand-new showroom and is looking to expand their talented sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company, where you will play a key role in supporting the sales function and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Handling customer inquiries and managing orders
Maintaining and updating the sales database
Coordinating the preparation of quotes and sales documentation
Assisting with showroom management and client demonstrations
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other departments as necessary
Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery
Ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A keen interest in the construction or design industry would be beneficial but not essential
