Main duties & responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this role are administration based, inputting orders and booking stock on the in-house systems
Email and phone correspondence with suppliers
Expediting orders in process
Completing NCR's - No conformance reporting - investigating complaints, root cause analysis and providing feedback
Completing manual handling of goods-in and goods-out stock from pallets and unloading deliveries from pallets, completing necessary documentation
Enter stores area and organise stock from deliveries
Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
Administration experience/background or Stores/Warehouse background suitable for this role.
Essential to have competent IT Literacy skills - able to show professional email correspondence and complete data entry.
Excellent communication skills for supplier interaction
The role can be demanding at times with the workload, good organisation and time management skills required
