Position: Plumbing bias Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: London
Salary: Up to £42,000 with company van and fuel card
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for a Mobile Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering London and Greater London. This position will involve normal building services maintenance including AHUs, plant room maintenance, and emergency lighting. A large part of this role will focus on plumbing maintenance and installations.
Requirements:
1. Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Minimum of a level 2 in plumbing
4. Willingness to perform 50% plumbing and 50% building services maintenance
5. Commutable to London
