What You'll Be Doing Develop creative responses to client briefs to uphold the agency's reputation for innovation. Produce visually appealing and accurate client proposals that support the sales process and ensure profitability. Attend client and venue meetings. Create detailed technical specifications for each event to guide the technical team. Manage and report on event budgets, ensuring all financial information is correctly filed. Deliver high-standard live events on-site. (minimum of 4 events per month) Work with clients to encourage the booking of multiple events. Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends, as business demands. What Experience You'll Need Proven experience in event design and management. Strong creative and technical skills to develop client proposals and event specifications. Excellent budget management and reporting abilities. Ability to represent the company professionally in client and venue meetings. Flexibility to work outside of standard hours as needed. Team player mentality and ability to remain professional under pressure. A good knowledge of historic venues, caterers, and London specific events professionals.
