Qualifications
Essential criteria
* BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography
* HCPC registration
Experience and Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Post graduate Radiography experience
* Post Graduate Knowledge in Paediatric Radiography
* Knowledge of Radiation protection
* Use of RIS / PACS system
* Experience of an Interventional service
Desirable criteria
* Evidence of post qualification experience of working with children and young people
Personal Attributes
Essential criteria
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
* Able to manage own time effectively.
* Able to communicate well with a range of personnel.
* Able to work well in a team environment.
* Ability to coach and supervise junior staff and students
* Ability to assess progress, give feedback and plan action.
* Ability to question clearly and concisely.
* Ability to lead staff in carrying out their duties.
