We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. Duties
1. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Manage and organise files, documents, and records in a systematic manner.
3. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
4. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Winman, including invoicing and expense tracking.
5. Provide clerical support relating to training requirements for employees.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
2. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerised systems.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail is crucial.
