Job overview
The role will support delivery of safe stroke care 24 hours, including thrombolysis care and ensure nursing staff are adhering to evidence-based stroke care. They will ensure a positive patient experience through the delivery of high-quality patient care for stroke patients.
Main duties of the job
1. To provide high quality, person-centered stroke care as a member of the nursing team.
2. To ensure the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs.

The ability to converse easily and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for all customer-facing roles.
Most positions require a Disclosure and Barring check and will be exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Posts working regularly or unsupervised with children or vulnerable adults require an enhanced check.
