Presently looking for an Associate Workplace Strategist with at least 8 years of experience within large-scale corporate design to join this large Interior Architecture firm in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in workplace strategy projects, including space planning, utilization studies, and employee experience enhancements.
2. Conduct research and analyze workplace trends, employee work patterns, and industry best practices.
3. Gather and interpret quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, occupancy studies, and employee feedback sessions.
4. Support the development of workplace policies, guidelines, and recommendations based on business goals.
5. Collaborate with real estate, design, HR, and technology teams to implement workplace initiatives.
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate workplace insights effectively.
7. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic workplace solutions.
8. Stay informed on emerging trends in workplace strategy, hybrid work models, and office design.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in workplace strategy, interior design, architecture, business, real estate, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, or related areas.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
4. Proficiency in workplace analytics tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and data visualization tools.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
7. Interest in human-centered design, workplace experience, and the future of work trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with space planning tools (AutoCAD, Revit) or workplace analytics platforms.
2. Knowledge of change management principles and employee engagement strategies.
3. Familiarity with real estate portfolio management and corporate workplace policies.
