Job Description
For our branch in Solihull (Birmingham), we are currently looking for an experienced and highly competent Road Freight Operator to join this busy and successful team, with expert knowledge in road freight procedures and a solid freight forwarding work history.
Responsibilities
1. Effectively manage all procedures involved with road freight
2. Customs entries – extensive experience and knowledge required
3. Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders
4. Generate leads and grow the existing client base
Skills required
1. IT proficient, ideally to include CargoWise1
2. Educated to a minimum GCSE standard including Maths and English
3. Excellent knowledge and understanding of road freight procedures
4. Excellent communication and complaint resolution skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality, on-time work

Analytical, technically focused, comfortable working within established systems and procedures, able to manage varied activities quickly and effectively, comfortable making quick decisions within your area of expertise and problem solving, a team player, disciplined, diligent, cooperative, and supportive.
