We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team to support our students to access learning effectively and provide interventions as appropriate. We are looking for someone who will:
· Develop an understanding of the specific needs of pupils
· Are able to support pupils in learning as effectively as possible both in group situations and individually,
· Able to carry out specific duties as outlined in a pupil’s IEP or EHCP
You will be required to have:
· Good language, literacy, numeracy and IT skills
· Good communication skills and a commitment to equal opportunities
· A willingness to learn new things and an open mind with children best interest at heart.
