The Head of Reward & Recognition will provide strong and professional thought leadership, offering strategic oversight in the development of pay, reward, benefits, and performance strategies.
Your role will involve providing visionary leadership and strategic direction, ensuring that our reward programs not only attract and retain top talent but also align with the company’s broader goals.
As Head of Reward & Recognition, you will establish and reinforce strong policy and procedural foundations within the Reward function, creating a framework that supports all reward-related activities across the business.
Design and implement end-to-end compensation and benefits strategies
Creating associated policies, governance and aligned processes
Take ownership for reward processes including: salary review, bonus allocation, job grading and harmonization
Ensuring regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity
Ensure compliance with reward processes, including data processing
Manage the reward aspect of all People policies
Line management responsibility of Reward Analyst
Experience of reward and recognition processes including salary review, recognition incentives, bonus allocation, job grading and harmonisation
Experience of regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity.
Proven capabilities as a senior leader and manager, with a proactive flexible and inclusive management style
Excellent stakeholder management skills
