Responsibilities: Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be driving the implementation of marketing strategies that align with business goals. In this brand new role for the company, you will work closely with the Marketing team of 3 in developing effective campaigns both online and offline. Support the external sales team in building customer relationships to grow market share Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand product offerings and target audience. Support new product sourcing, set up and launch. Manage the entire product lifecycle of assigned categories, from identifying new opportunities to optimising existing products. Develop promotions to increase brand visibility and market share. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Monitor market trends and competitor activities. What background and experience are the company looking for? The ideal candidate will previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in marketing building products is preferable. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy is preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management and written communication skills. Experience developing content including blogs, articles, case studies and content for social media. Excellent analytical skills with a knack for interpreting market data and metrics.
