Location: Cos Lane Medical Practice - Glenrothes Salary/Banding: Competitive Hours: Around 6 sessions per week Due to retirement, we are looking for a GP (partner or salaried) to join our friendly and supportive team in the summer of 2025. We hold a Sponsor’s License so can accept applications from Qualified GPs requiring Sponsorship. · 15 minute appointments – mainly face to face, with some near me and telephone consulting with admin time built into the template · Strong team ethos, with daily huddle meeting to facilitate good communication and discuss patients and issues · Half day duty doctor sessions · Supportive nursing team, including 3 ANPs who see acute presentations including children · Experienced admin team who navigate patients to most appropriate clinician within the multi-disciplinary team, at first telephone contact · Admin team manage workflow documentation to reduce GP workload · Practice employed Pharmacist assists with medication reviews and queries · Attached staff include First Point of Contact Physio, Mental Health Triage Nurse, Pharmacy team, Well-being Practitioners, Dieticians, Midwives and District Nursing Team based in the practice · Teaching opportunities with our GP Trainees, we are also a SCOTGEM practice · Centrally located, modern, custom built premises in Fife to service the needs of our 9,000 patients. · Monthly clinical meetings and weekly Thursday journal club · Competitive salary and MDDUS cover paid by the partnership · Generous 'Golden Hello' payment for eligible applicants · Start date and sessions worked to be mutually agreed Written applications with accompanying CV and references to Alison Milne, Practice Manager, Cos Lane Medical Practice, Woodside Road, Glenrothes, FIFE, KY7 4AQ.
