Key Responsibilities & Accountability
* Effective management of all operational requirements and programming to ensure best practice and continuity including responsibility of operational resource levels
* Be financially accountable for projects, manage operational workforce, including sub-contractors, ensuring that the work is adequately instructed and communicated
* Provide quotations, estimates, purchase materials and provide technical assistance and support to colleagues in the preparation of quotes and tenders
* Carry out inspection audits and visit, attend client meetings, ensure excellent customer services and achievement of KPI’s including customer satisfaction, first time fix, productivity, and financial targets
* Develop relationships with new & existing clients to ensure repeated business
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
The successful applicant will possess:
* Experience of working on electrical systems on industrial sites
* Knowledge of Electrical distribution systems
* Experience of dealing with contractors
* Knowledge of electrical systems on commercial sites
