Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team as an Account Manager where you will sell Motor Finance related products across the East-Midlands region. You will be expected, through a high degree of sales skills, to grow the dealer base and new business by acquisition of new motor dealers, whilst maintaining current relationships and developing them to their maximum potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop Sales strategy for the territory to achieve sales targets.
* Ensure Dealer Relationships perform to a margin quality and efficiency target.
* Ensure sales targets are achieved by product type within Cars, LCV & Motorcycles dealers to the set KPIs.
* Lead Business Development of significant accounts across all products.
* Relationship Management to ensure retention & growth of existing accounts.
* Recruit new dealers that fit the purpose and scope required by CBMF.
* Identify opportunities within the market to develop our lending proposition and act as an expert on this area.
* Support internal collection operations.
* Input into funding Strategy and acquisition of new funded dealers.
* Develop market intelligence to inform on products, promotion and pricing decisions.
* Assess, identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance to applicable internal policies and external regulations e.g. FCA/Money Laundering/Data Protection.
* Develop strong CBMF/dealer relationships that ensures that our business partner/relationships deliver the correct level into the business.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
* Proven account management experience across a specific geographic territory, ideally within the Motor Finance or wider Motor industry.
* Demonstrable experience of a structured sales process.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent skills on PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
* A valid UK driving licence.
Hiring Process:
* Telephone Interview with Talent Acquisition (30 mins).
* Video Interview Competency and Technical interview with the hiring manager and a member of our Women In Motor forum (1 hour).
* Personality Profiling to complete.
* Final Interview/Presentation with Head of Sales and hiring manager (1 hour).
