Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in the West Midlands to recruit a Finance Assistant to their busy team. The role is offered on an initial interim contract for 4 - 8 weeks to assist clearing a backlog in the Rents team, the role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
Duties:
* Responsible for processing bank reconciliations for rent accounts
* Maintaining the cash book and processing Rents
* Raising and recording sales invoices and transactions
* Maintaining the accounts receivable ledger and ensuring debtor details are correct
Experience:
* Able to use Excel and able to learn new systems
* Rents/Social Housing experience
* Previous experience working in a financial services/transactional position
