The rate is £19.03ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide authoritative and timely information, advice and guidance to managers and employees to proactively improve employee confidence, competence and performance.
They will maintain effective customer relationships and provide professional advice and guidance across multiple sets of terms and conditions of employment and pay scales.
They will advise and guide managers in the implementation of the various policies of the organisations including:
* Improving Attendance
* Grievance issues including conflict resolution
* Capability issues and Performance Management
* Disciplinary matters
* Recruitment and retention
* Change Management and restructure including redundancy and TUPE Transfers
