1. Perform detailed financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, due diligence, and transaction closings for the lending solutions deal teams.
2. Draft and prepare IC papers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with internal requirements and stakeholder expectations.
3. Manage the internal deal pipeline using the Arrow Fund Management System and platform-based tools used by our platforms to ensure accurate tracking and oversight.
4. Actively participate in team meetings, collaborating to identify and source investment opportunities.
5. Evaluate and recommend new capital deployment strategies, demonstrating sound judgment in assessing the financial viability of investments.
6. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market dynamics, and potential investment niches within the real estate and credit markets.
7. Assist in due diligence on potential investment targets, including reviewing legal documents, conducting site visits, and liaising with external advisors and experts.
8. Collaborate with deal leaders to produce and present detailed investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
Required Skills and Experience
1. Exceptional academic record, with a minimum of a degree-level qualification from a top-tier institution. An advanced degree or professional qualification is preferred.
2. German language skills essential; proficiency in other EU languages is an advantage.

4. Advanced financial modeling skills with high proficiency in Excel.
5. Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
6. Strong relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ)—skilled in empathy, active listening, adaptability, and managing diverse stakeholder relationships with tact and professionalism.
7. Comprehensive understanding of private credit markets, including distressed debt, special situations, private debt, and real estate assets.
8. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong track record of sound judgment, precision, and attention to detail.
