Contract Type: Permanent, Fulltime

The Role:
You and Your Team:
The Resource Planning Team provides crucial forecasting and insight to support the planning of staffing levels in the UK and offshore that ensure positive customer experience and efficient achievement of our commercial objectives.
Reporting to the Forecasting Manager, in this role you will be a member of the analyst team. You will focus on driving efficiencies both individually and through the team, by using advanced data coding skills to extract, aggregate and present actionable insight. In addition, you will be an SME on sizing and delivery planning of new initiatives which underpin the banks strategic objectives
As a Senior Resource Planning Analyst, some of the key responsibilities are:
To drive best practice through own behaviours, documentation, appropriately tabbed and commented code.
Able to build / maintain accurate short, medium, and long-term customer demand forecasts across multiple contact channels, departments and sites
Oversee model inputs from the analyst team in both a Forecasting and Actual FTE perspective
Create and maintain headcount models to size FTE and cost requirements for processes, volume changes and other material changes to the banks operating practice if required
Create outputs for Senior stakeholders to allocate the FTE budget, and manage the actual FTE we hold in the UK, and offshore against the budget
Own the FTE lock process with outsourcing stake holders, chairing meetings and keeping accurate minutes
Own the billing reconciliation process with outsource partners, controlling spend within set parameters
Drive operational efficiencies in the contact centre through reviewing and optimising processes and contact approach in BAU and projects.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in an analytical Resource Planning role
Highly numerate and analytical
Experience using SQL, Snowflake or other transferable coding language preferable
Advanced Excel
Working knowledge of WFM systems, Genesys/Sales force preferable
Proven track record in stakeholder management
