Job Description Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre changes, and brake inspections. - Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension or steering issues. - Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components - Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs in a clear and professional manner. - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems. - Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues. - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance - Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain repairs Required Criteria A full UK Driving Licence Great communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues NVQ Level 3 in relevant course or equivalent (e.g. City and Guilds, BTEC) Prior use of diagnostic equipment At least 2 years’ experience working within a dealership Pay · Competitive salary · Company Bonus · Job Type: Permanent. · Salary: £33,000 per annum Schedule: 8:30am- 17:30pm Day shift Monday to Friday one in three Saturdays Optional overtime availability
