We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated experienced GP to join our growing team. We are a flexible and forward thinking Practice.
Main duties of the job
1. F2F/E-consults/Telephone consultations with patients.
2. Long term conditions management.
3. Medication reviews.
4. Reviewing/Actioning Pathology.
5. EPS sign off.
6. Involvement in QOF/IIF and local contracts.
About us
We have just under 16,652 patients. Currently, we have 2 GP Partners, 1 clinical Partner, 1 non-clinical Partner, 3 long term GPs, 3 ANPs, 4 Practice Nurses, 4 GPAs, 2 Clinical Pharmacists, and 2 FCPs, supported by an administration team of 29 staff members.
We offer a friendly team environment, fantastic admin support, and a supportive educational setting. Our single site practice has recently undergone an extension and full renovation. We work closely with attached community services. Our CQC Rating is 'GOOD'.

Person Specification
Experience
* A medical practitioner whose name is included in the General Practitioner Register under article 10 of the General and Specialist Medical Practice Order 2003.
* Not subject to suspension under section 41A of the Medical Act 1983.
* Qualified General Practitioner (completed certificate of Completion of Training CCT).
* Currently on a PCT performers list and not suspended from that list or from the medical register.
* CRB clearance.
* Have had an annual NHS appraisal.
* Recent experience of working in general practice in the UK.
* Commitment to and experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary and skill mixed team environment.
* Experience of working to achieve standards within the Quality and Outcome Framework (QOF).
* Understanding of the health and social needs of a local practice.
* Commitment to personal and professional development.
* Commitment to education and training.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of the current issues and challenges facing primary care.
