The schools within the trust are looking for reliable, flexible and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join the team. In this role, you will provide high-quality teaching across various primary school classes on an as-needed basis. As a supply teacher, you will step in to cover lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and adapt to the needs of different age groups and classrooms.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons based on provided plans or create activities as needed.
* Support students' learning, progress, and well-being in line with school policies.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and positive atmosphere.
* Quickly adapt to the routines and expectations of each class.
* Communicate with staff and follow school guidelines for assessments, if applicable.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field; QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent is preferred.
* Experience: Prior experience working with primary-aged students is desirable.
* Skills: Strong classroom management skills, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
* Clearances: Enhanced DBS check or equivalent background checks are mandatory (this can be arranged through Protocol Education)
