You will be provided with relevant training and coaching to allow you to:
Process and maintain payroll records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with the HR team to gather and verify employee data, including hours worked, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions, while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
Address employee payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports, statements, and records as required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
Stay up to date with changes in the payroll landscape, such as tax laws, regulations, and industry best practises.
Support the Payroll Manager in various payroll-related tasks and projects.Requirements:
