Job Title: Social Worker – Children with Disability Team
Location: Dorset
Rate: £42 /hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Children with Disability Team based in Dorset.
Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
* You will screen and assess the needs of Disabled Children and Young People. You will undertake Children and Families Assessments, Single Assessments, and complete Reports on Disabled Children. You will complete statutory visits, including those outside of county limits. Additionally, you will conduct Pre-Birth Assessments and complete Care Plans, some of which will be done jointly with health colleagues and other multi-agency professionals. You will also complete CIN/CP plans and Court Statements. Managing a complex caseload under strict time-scales will be a key part of your responsibilities.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
