Your new roleAs a Customer Services Administrator, your role is to handle any customer requirements from the quote up until order entry. This role is to give the customer first class service, offering assistance such as alternative products and promotional offers. This role works alongside sales-in with a frontline sales attitude and approach. Your role as a Customer Services Coordinator
1. Ensure all orders received are put onto the system.
2. Clerical support the Sales Team.
3. Maximise all sales opportunities by promoting the highest standard of customer care.
4. Maintain and develop customer records / profiles including recording information supplied by internal customers.
5. Receiving and recording any relevant customer feedback including assessing how our competitors are meeting our customer's needs.
6. Order entry.
7. Internal reports.
8. Customer education on current prices and part numbers.
9. Confirming stock availability when required.
10. Telesales - existing customers only (no cold calling)
11. Raising and submitting Pro-forma's
