Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. This role will involve supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts, assisting our Account Executives in driving growth while maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and databases.
* Follow procedures to ensure effective scheme management.
* Handle day-to-day queries from clients and insurers.
* Manage claims, liaising with all parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
* Develop knowledge of a full suite of commercial products and employee benefits.
* Build strong relationships with insurers.
* Present client solutions to market.
* Advise clients on their insurance needs, ensuring all recommendations are aligned with their demands.
* Provide excellent customer service, taking ultimate responsibility for your clients.
About You:
We are looking for a minimum of two years' insurance experience with a focus on customer service, Cert CII qualification advantageous, strong IT skills, SSP system experience a plus, excellent organisational and time management skills, strong relationship-building and communication abilities, self-motivated, proactive, and dependable.
