Customer Service Advisor ?/ Parts Specialist based in Warwick

?Offering £12.58 per hour - paid weekly, every Friday!
Working in a busy environment, this role is responsible for obtaining and providing up to date parts information to a variety of different sales customers.? The role will support knowledge building of not only spare parts, but all products sold by ?o?ur client, and is an essential part of the Internal sales team, delivering exceptional service to our sales customers.
You will obtain a variety of new skills, locating and selecting products via our on-line tool? and inhouse system, using exploded diagrams to locate specific parts required to resolve customer enquiries, as well as accessing stock and price information via our ERP system to facilitate the ordering of spare parts by our sales customers. This is a customer facing role, which requires excellent communication skills, verbal and written, along with a logical and composed approach to solving problems.?
