We are seeking a part-time Business Technician to join our Business Development team.
We are a dynamic and supportive team, playing an active role within Business Development in Culture and Customer Services based at East Riding Leisure Beverley and home working.
The successful applicant will support the Business Development team in their continuing efforts to improve processes in the leisure environment.
Tasks will include administering services, including Group memberships and Health schemes, which support approximately 5,000 patients per year. The successful applicant will administer and raise charges for the provision of training courses and operate leisure services IT systems, including TCP and CRM, with tasks such as site support and training, electronic reporting, and updating of stock.
The successful applicant must have the confidence to manage customer contact via telephone, email, social media, and face-to-face at events and meetings, as well as being able to deal with issues of a sensitive nature.
The ideal candidate must be able to deliver information clearly and understand the need for flexibility in terms of working to meet the requirements of the service. We are also looking for good communication skills and experience in customer service, along with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
