As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your ability to negotiate effectively and adapt to changing environments will be crucial in sourcing the best talent for our global operations. What impact you will make: Enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, boosting our service quality and strengthening our employer brand. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear and comprehensive recruitment briefs for each role. Create strategic recruitment plans, including writing compelling job ads, selecting the best recruitment channels, and setting efficient hiring timelines. Manage communications with candidates and agencies, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. Lead direct hiring initiatives through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Support hiring managers during interviews, ensuring candidate feedback is consistently gathered and recorded. Work closely with HR and Compensation teams to align salary expectations and negotiate offers. What you will need to succeed: Proven experience in recruitment, either in an agency or in-house setting with experience of sourcing for niche roles. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with candidates and hiring managers. Highly organised and the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
