Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and Qualified Social Workers to join an Fostering & Permanence Team based in Camden. Too work in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:
5. You will have a proven track record of successful management and leadership of a fostering team and other relevant management experience. You will take on the responsibility of ensuring the team is appropriately resourced, managed and supported
6. An ability to provide leadership, line management and robust performance management to individuals and team to successfully coach, develop and motivate staff to continually drive improved performance and enhance service delivery
7. Hold, manage and be responsible for such budgets as may be delegated, approving and authorizing expenditure relative to the need/service requirements and ensuring packages of care are reviewed regularly
8. Working closely with the Fostering Team
9. Completing Child Permanency Reports
What we are looking for in a Team Manager:
10. Social Work England registration
11. Eligible to work in the UK
12. Hold a full UK license
13. Post-qualified experience
14. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
