Your New Role
Our client is a world-leading organization in their field, who, due to growth, are looking to bring on a part-time accounts assistant. In this position, you will assist management with daily financial administration in line with their policies and procedures. More specifically, you will assist with the management of the purchase ledger, reconciling queries and accounts, matching and processing POs, and supporting month and year-end processes. There are other ad-hoc duties that the Financial Controller may delegate.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally, you will have at least a couple of years of experience in financial administration. Strong organization and attention to detail are essential for this position, along with the ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a dynamic individual who is happy to pick up various areas within finance and has the appetite to learn.
