Job Description
1. Financial management of payroll-related costs, sales operations cost and capital expenditure covering:
2. Provision of high-quality analytical information to support management
3. Month end P&L and balance sheet preparation, including accruals and prepayments
4. Support and challenge the budget and quarterly reforecast processes
5. Deliver effective and efficient accounting producing timely and accurate numbers
6. Demonstrate an understanding of cost and capex accounting policies
7. Maintain strong controls in a dynamic environment including understanding appropriate tax treatments
8. Drive adherence to internal purchasing and accounting processes
9. Support all aspects of co-ordinating and consolidating financial planning across weekly trade, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role is a qualified accountant with a strong analytical skill set and advanced Excel capabilities. They should bring experience from a large, complex organisation and demonstrate expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and consolidated reporting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with an ability to maintain effective controls and support accurate, timely financial planning.
