As a Senior OT, through servant leadership, you will support the day-to-day running of our friendly, busy and dynamic team, effectively prioritising daily challenges and expectations.
You will have a complex caseload which you will manage effectively by applying your skills of prioritising risk, organising your time and using effective case management strategies.
Positive risk taking is encouraged with supervision. As such, if you are a pragmatic, driven and creative occupational therapist, who is willing, and have the courage to, bring about change then this may be the right environment for you to flourish in.
* An Occupational Therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC.
* Effective knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults' procedures and the ability to evidence this.
