Fixed Term Contract for 12-18 Months.
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and ensuring exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Implementation Service Lead to manage the deployment and integration of our Voyage Digital Care Nourish template across our services on a fixed-term contract for 18 months. This role is hybrid but requires travel across the UK, including overnight stays three to four times a week.
Responsibilities of the role:
1. Customer Engagement: Be the primary contact for Operational teams, Implementation Managers, and Service Managers, ensuring a seamless implementation process.
2. Data Management: Manage and prepare data for successful implementations.
3. Training & Support: Train and coach staff on new processes and systems.
4. Project Management: Work according to implementation and project plans, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
5. Technical Support: Collaborate with IT and Implementation Managers to resolve technical issues.
6. Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly implementation meetings, identify training needs, and address local challenges.
7. Travel & Adaptability: Travel across the UK with some overnight stays and adapt to various demands.
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
1. Full UK Driving Licence
2. Experience working with multiple stakeholders
3. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
4. Self-directed with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
5. Flexible with travel and working hours
Desirable:
1. Agile Project Management Foundation Certification
2. Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
3. Knowledge of the social care sector and project management best practices
4. Experience in large-scale digital project implementation
