Shifts:
Initial training on day shift: 8am - 4:30pm
Once trained, you will be placed on a 4 on / 4 off shift rota that will include days, nights, and weekend cover. Flexibility is required.
OSI Food Solutions are seeking a Surveillance and Customer Service Representative to join their Front of House team on an ongoing, full-time basis.
OSI Food Solutions is a global supplier of meat products supplying the world's leading food services and retail food brands offering training, development, and prospects for employees that can demonstrate enthusiasm, hard work, and willingness towards duties required.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all front of house duties, including meeting and greeting internal and external visitors
2. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by monitoring premises, personnel, and patrolling out of hours
3. Secure premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting equipment, buildings, and access points
4. Monitor alarms and contact relevant emergency service as appropriate
5. Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers
6. Control traffic by taking bookings and directing drivers
7. Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses, obtaining signatures
8. Ensure operation of equipment, completing preventative maintenance requirements
9. Follow and implement security policies / procedures / processes
10. Assist new colleagues to integrate into the role and the business
11. Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures including Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation requirements
