Your attention to detail and proactive support will ensure that our employees feel heard and supported. Navigate TUPE Transfers: Support the HR Team in navigating TUPE processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved. Your expertise will be essential in guiding us through this complex terrain. Keep Things Shipshape: Prepare, maintain, and update HR documents and employee records with meticulous attention to detail. Your commitment to accuracy and confidentiality will keep our organization running smoothly. Be the Beacon of Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to employee relations and TUPE transfers, providing timely and accurate information. Steer Meetings to Success: Organize meetings related to employee relations and TUPE, setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
