Residential developer project running experience essential and more on the technical side. The work is mainly low rise volume house building, so this experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Manage projects (and assist in other projects if necessary) in the production of Technical or Planning work.
2. General administration in management of projects.
3. Communicate with clients, external consultants & suppliers of projects.
4. Communicate with Directors and other Managers to ensure smooth running of projects.
5. Hold / attend regular project team meetings.
6. Attend any training provided and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
7. Maintain a high standard of Quality Control in relation to the production of drawings, service to clients and general communication.
8. Keep up to date with current regulations and technical/design literature and advise team accordingly.
9. Compliance with Company standard office procedures and CAD Manual.
10. Assist Managing Director in producing fee quotes if necessary.
11. CMAP - complete timesheets on a weekly basis.
12. CMAP - update project progress.
13. Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy to ensure statutory obligations are fulfilled and take reasonable care of the Health & Safety of yourself and others that may be affected by your acts or omissions at work.
14. Comply with all verbal and written Health & Safety instructions and training provided by clients or third parties.
15. Attend Health & Safety training courses as per instruction from directors.
16. Assist as necessary with any other tasks that may be required/authorised/directed by your line manager/director.
